- Select the QUICKBOOKS from list of service
- Select the environment you need to login
- Click "LOGIN WITH QUICKBOOKS" for connect with slack app
- (The new Popup window will open)
- Click on Allow to allow Mail Director to access your quickbooks account
- Select the Company
- Close the popup window
- Click settings
- Click Create New
- Select "Quickbooks " App

SERVICE NAME
- Service Name is the name provided by you for your service
- Enter the Service Name

Show customer
- Show the customer detail if the sender is a customer of quickbooks company
ACTIONS
Create Contact
- create Contact will create a new customer in quickbooks company
- Select the send create contact check box
Create Expense
- Create Expense will create a new purchase in quickbooks company
- Select the send create expense check box
- Click save to save the configuration

- Show customer of will show the the customer details if the sender is exist in quickbase company
- Select the "Show customer " check box
- Click save to save the configuration
- It will show while you open the mail

Click on Maildirector add-on
Open the mail that need to save
Select the Service of Quickbooks
Clicking on Service create record will open the following fields
- Sufix
- Display Name
- Family Name
- Given Name
- Middle Name
- Title
- Company
- Notes
click on create contact
create expence on quickbooks
create expence on quickbooks
Click on Maildirector add-on
Open the mail that need to save
Select the Service of Quickbooks
Clicking on Service create expense will open the following fields
- Amount
- Account type
- Payment Method
- Category
click on create contact
